The Réaltóga Ethos.

Réaltóga endeavours to have an atmosphere of respect and warmth so that the children, parents and staff interactions with one another are friendly, supportive and positive. We aim to have an environment where it is obvious to all who attend or visit, that Réaltóga is a happy, pleasant place to be, that there is open communication and a feeling of belonging.

Réaltóga follows a code of ethics based on respect for children, parents, staff and the community.

Its aims are as follows;

• To provide affordable quality childcare and education.

• To work in partnership with parents, staff, children and relevant bodies in the community for the welfare of each child.

• To treat all children and families equally and try to accommodate their individual needs.

• To plan and deliver a daily routine and programme to provide each child with suitable activities that challenge their development in a safe, fun and child centred environment.

• To be a centre of excellence in the care and education of each child and to give peace of mind to parents when they leave their children in the care of Réaltóga

Réaltóga Preschool and Afterschool is committed to supporting and celebrating the individual needs of each child. Réaltóga aims to do this, in a safe, caring, developmentally appropriate environment where an atmosphere of warmth and consistency is encouraged, so children can express themselves freely, be enthusiastic about learning and develop confidence in their abilities and their potential.
