Booking Forms: Preschool and Afterschool
In this section you will find the booking forms for Preschool and Afterschool.
Please feel free to download them and email them to us when you are ready to apply for a place.
Important Information for Preschool
Please note that Preschool booking forms are only accepted from January of the year prior to your child’s school start date.
For example: if your child is due to start Realtoga in September 2026, you may submit the form from January 2025 onwards.
Important Information for Afterschool
For Afterschool, please be aware that we operate a waiting list. Your child may be added to the waiting list during the school year prior to the one in which you wish to enrol your child, upon submission of the booking form.
However, availability for the upcoming school year cannot be confirmed until we have verified whether current Afterschool families will be continuing the following year. Once existing families confirm their place, we will then begin offering any available places to those on the waiting list, in order of application.

Important Information for Morning Club
We are also providing the Morning Club booking form in this section.
Currently, there is no waiting list for Morning Club, as places are still available.
If you wish to register your child, you may do so at any time, and we encourage families to secure a place as soon as possible.
